How to make fresh tagliatelle pasta

Hi everyone in todays post ill be telling you how to make some fresh tagliatelle pasta, I hope you enjoy and come back for more.  





To make the tagliatellepasta you will need
Strong flour                  400gSalt                              1 large pinch eggs, beaten                 4 medium eggsolive oil as required        approx. 1tbsp
Step 1-Sieve the flour and salt, shape into a well. Pour the beaten eggs into the well.

Step 2-Gradually incorporate the flour and only add oil to adjust to required consistency. The amount of oil will vary according to the type of flour and the size of the eggs used.

Step 3-Pull and knead the dough until it is of a smooth elastic consistency.

Step 4-Cover the dough with a dampened cloth and allow to rest in a cool place for 30 minutes.

Step 5-Roll out the dough on a well floured surface to a thickness of 1/2 mm, or use a pasta rolling machine.

Step  6- Trim the sides and cut the dough as required using a large knife.

To make the profiteroles you will need
water          1/4 litre sugar          pinch salt             pinchmargarine   100g Flour(strong)125geggs            4
Step 1-Bring the water,sugar,salt and fat to the boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat.

Step 2-Add the sieved flour and mix in with a wooden spoon.

Step 3-Return to a moderate heat and stir continuously until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.

Step 4- Remove from the heat and allow to cool.

Step 5-Gradually add the beaten eggs, beating well, Do not add all the eggs at once-check the consistency as you go, The mixture may not take all the egg. It should just flow back when moved in one direction.

How to make banana bread with chocolate chips

Hi everyone in todays post ill be telling you how to make some banana bread with chocolate chips hope you enjoy and can come back for more.

50g (2 oz)margarine 125g (5 oz) caster sugar 200g (8 oz) McDougall's self raising flour50g (2 oz) chocolate, roughly chopped or chips 1x2.5 ml spoon (1/2 tsp.)  ground nutmeg pinch of salt
Step-1 Grease and base a 1 kg (2 lb) loaf tin or 1 1/2 litre (3 pint) microwave loaf dish.

Step-2 Cream together margarine and sugar, gradually add eggs beating well. Beat in banana and fold in remaining ingredients and turn into prepared dish.

Step-3 For conventional oven: cook in a preheated oven 180oC,350oF,Gas Mark 4 for approximately 1 hour.                                     For 650w microwave oven: cook on HIGH for 8-9 minutes,shielding each end with a little foil after 3 minutes to prevent drying out. Allow to stand for 10 minutes before turning out.
