How to make scotch eggs

Hi everybody today ill be telling you how to make some scotch eggs. 

                         This recipe serves 4 portions of scotch eggs

Healthy eating tip
  • Make sure the fat is hot so that less fat will be absorbed into the food during cooking.
  • Drain the cooked scotch eggs on kitchen paper.
Ingredients you will need
  • Hard boiled eggs       4
  • sausage meat           300g
  • flour                         25g
  • beaten egg                1
  • breadcrumbs             50g

Step 1-Completely cover each egg with sausage meat

Step 2-Pass it through the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs. Shake off any surplus crumbs.

Step 3-Deep-fry to a golden brown in a moderately hot fat.

Step 4-Drain well, cut in halves and serve hot or cold.
